Shipping & Handling Rates
TRINITY LANE DECOR shipping & handling rates are as follows:

*FREE SHIPPING ON ITEMS Over $49* (prior to taxes, some exclusions apply) For a limited time and subject to change without notice.  Exclusions apply to expedited orders and on some Furniture items that are over-sized in dimensions and weight or shipped by Freight Carriers.  

For each item priced below $49.00, shipping is $7.00

What if I want to return an item?

Our goal is always your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can initiate the return process online for eligible items within 30 days or 10 days (Return times can vary according to the manufacture/supplier) of the item delivery date as stated in the item’s return policy. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email with the details of your refund. If a refund is made to your credit card, please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. The time period varies for every bank. Please contact your credit card’s issuing bank if you have further questions.

Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping. There may be additional shipping fees if you are returning multiple items that arrived in separate shipments.

Returned items should be in unused and re-saleable condition (unless your return is due to the receipt of a damaged item). If a return is due to an item being damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will refund both the return shipping fee and the shipping charge you paid for the item(s).

Please Note:

- Items and (furniture) that are custom made can not be returned

- Any item that is marked as "Final Sale - No return" can not be returned.

- Items that arrive postmarked after the 10 or 30 day return period as shown in the item return policy cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
